The Brunei Students’ Union in UK and Eire attended Majlis Bersama Rakyat 2018 at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien. The students who attended were made up of the Brunei Students’ Union in UK and Eire high council, regional executives and society leaders.

The event was an opportunity for Brunei’s overseas students to meet His Majesty, Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah and convey their messages and warm wishes to him. The event also showed the unity among Bruneian students in the UK and Eire, not just in their respective regions in the UK, but their homeland as well. This opportunity was possible because of the Ministry of Education, Scholarship Section.
